| Located in front of the Carlton Union Building and in between Deland and Emily halls, Chaudoin hall serves as home to over 200 female residents. One third of the rooms are shared-occupancy with suite-style bathrooms. The remaining two thirds of Chaudoin hall rooms are shared-occupancy with community-style bathrooms on each floor. Chaudoin is also home to the Women's Leadership community. The building has a common area laundry room, a large student lounge, study areas, and a furnished community kitchen. Chaudoin has a Resident Assistant (RA) on every floor that helps students by providing opportunities to develop deep and meaningful relationships not just with their roommates, but with members of the entire building. | Emily Hall is a residence hall for returning and transfer students. This building houses 220 residents in shared-occupancy rooms, with suite-style bathrooms shared between every two rooms. | Located across from Smith hall and next to Residence Hall A, Nemec hall serves as home to 90 co-ednew and returning students in single shared-occupancy and single-occupancy rooms with community style bathrooms. Nemec is comprised of 5 individual pods where students live (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, & Epsilon) and 1 central pod that features a full kitchen and laundry room. Alpha is home to the Global Village Living-Learning Community,The entire building is Pet-Friendly, and the Beta pod is home to the SophomoreSecond-Year Experience Living-Learning Community, and Gamma, Delta, & Epsilon are home to the Pet Friendly residence hall. Each floor of the 5 pods shares a common area room for students to hang out, study and relax in. | Residence Hall "A," Stetson's newest housing addition, consists of two-person suites with single-occupancy bedrooms. Bathrooms are shared by two students within each suite. Residents of Hall A may request gender-neutral living arrangements. The building houses 115 residents who have earned at least 30 hours or more. Residents are required to have at least 30 earned credit hours to be eligible to live in Hall A. Laundry facilities and study lounges with wireless internet are available on each floor. Residents of this hall have access to the University Village Apartments Rinker Clubhouse. Hall A is ADA accessible with elevator and card swipe access. | ||||

| The Wellness House is designed to bring together students who share a commitment to leading healthy lifestyles. The building, adjacent to Sorority Row, houses 16 residents and one Resident Assistant (RA) in shared-occupancy rooms with suite-style bathrooms. Residents of the Wellness House may request gender-neutral living arrangements. | ||||
| The Honors House is or first-year students who have been admitted to the University Honors Program. The building, adjacent to Sorority Row, houses 16 residents and one Resident Assistant (RA) in eight doubleshared-occupancy rooms with suite-style bathrooms. | ||||

| Fraternity Row is home to four fraternities: Delta Sigma Phi, Pi Kappa Alpha, Phi Sigma Kappa, and Sigma Phi Epsilon. Each fraternity house has space for 23 students Each building houses 25 residents in shared-occupancy rooms with community bathrooms. | Sorority Row is home to five sororities: Pi Beta Phi, Alpha Xi Delta, Alpha Chi Omega, Zeta Tau Alpha and Delta Delta Delta. Each building houses 15 residents in shared-occupancy rooms with suite-style bathrooms, and also includes a large community room and a kitchen Every house consists of a Chapter Room, a common bathroom and eight double rooms. The University Village Apartments offer all of the amenities you might
find at off-campus complexes while providing the advantage of being on-campuscampus living.
Each apartment is fully furnished with a private bedroom for each resident, two baths,
a laundry facility, cable, wireless internet, a full kitchen, dining area and living area.
Residents of UVA may request gender-neutral living arrangements. Residents have access to
on-site parking and the Rinker Clubhouse which houses a game room, computer lab and
lounge/meeting space. Residents are required to have at least 30 earned
credit hours to be eligible to live in UVA. Preference is given to
students who have earned 60 or more credit hours.
