Notification of room/apartment assignment and roommate(s)
July 2012 (exact date TBD): Assigned Students: Notification of room/apartment assignment and roommate(s) for Fall Semester begins and continues through mid-late August.
Current residents:
Room reapplication
February 13-29, 2012: Room Reapplication. Current housing residents begin the process to sign-up for their 2012-2013 room.
Session open and close times:
Move-In (all new incoming first-year students)
August 18, 2012 (Saturday): All new First Year students assigned to HRL Operated Buildings, move in for fall semester 2012 begins at 8AM.
Move-in (returners, transfers, and all other non-first-year students)
August 19, 2012 (Sunday): Returning residents, Transfer students and all other non-first-years assigned to HRL Operated Buildings may move in for fall semester 2012 beginning at 8AM.
HRL Operated Buildings close for winter break
December 15, 2012 (Saturday): HRL Operated Buildings close for fall semester at 6PM.
Spring semester opening
January 13, 2013 (Sunday): HRL Operated Buildings open for spring semester at 8AM.
Spring semester close
May 10, 2012 (Thursday): HRL Operated Buildings close for the spring semester at 5PM.
May 8, 2013 (Wednesday): HRL Operated Buildings close for the spring semester at 6PM.
May session opening
May 15, 2012 (Tuesday): HRL Operated Buildings open for May session at 8AM.
