Why Educational Leadership at Stetson University?
The program is built on cohort learning, which means you develop lasting professional relationships with principals, administrators, and peers throughout the year. Those connections form the network that sustains an administrative career, not just the credentials.
The 180-hour internship takes place at your own school site across three semesters, supervised by a school-based principal with Stetson faculty support. Your growth as a leader connects directly to your own students and school community, not a placement somewhere unfamiliar.
Holding a master's degree with Principalship Certification typically results in higher salaries than a bachelor's degree alone. The 40% In-Service Tuition Scholarship makes that investment more accessible.
