Open Office Hours
The quickest way to receive support with any aspect of using WebGarage is to come to one of Web Services' open office hours sessions. These sessions, offered in Elizabeth Hall room 205 on Tuesdays from 2 to 3 p.m. and Thursdays from 9 to 10 a.m., allow you to receive face-to-face support on any issue. You can also come in and just work on your website. We'll be here to assist in any way you need.

Outside of our open office hours, you can call 386-822-8920 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible (e.g., what browser and version are you using, what were the steps you took to produce the issue, etc.) so that we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Access to WebGarage
If you need access to WebGarage, please follow these steps:
- Have your supervisor email email@example.com requesting access for you.
- Attend a mandatory training session.
After completing these two steps, you'll be given access to WebGarage, and will have the tools necessary to do your work.
