Donor Appreciation Lunch at Showcase

Donor Appreciation Lunch
April 14, 2026
Members of Stetson Leadership Society, 1883 Society and Stetson Society are cordially invited to join us for an exclusive appreciation lunch featuring Stetson students, the Showcase keynote speaker and Stetson President Dr. Christopher Roellke.
What Is Showcase?
Stetson Showcase is a celebration of achievement that was established to foster an appreciation for academic excellence at Stetson University. Established in 1999, the event has grown to be one of the oldest and most distinctive comprehensive undergraduate research days in the United States.
Student presenters share their research through presentations, portfolios, posters, readings, music and theater performances, art shows, and multimedia work. They present their knowledge in professional settings for audiences that include judges, faculty, fellow students and interested members of the community.
The Importance of Showcase
“Since its debut in 1999, Showcase has been one of the most distinctive comprehensive Undergraduate Research Days in the United States. Not only is it one of the oldest of its kind, but it has also proven itself distinctive nationally from its inclusiveness. Other campus Undergraduate Research Days are designed for Honors students, or graduating seniors, or STEM majors or posters or academic presentations only. Stetson, with its significant emphasis on undergraduate research opportunities in all years and its mandatory capstone in all fields of Arts, Sciences, Creative Arts, Music and several of Business degrees, has a wealth of student posters, presentations, recitals, art exhibits, dramatic performances and business ventures every year. On top of that, Showcase welcomes first and second-year Honors projects, the best junior recitalists, theatrical performances and entrepreneurial projects. The day is an amazing kaleidoscope of Stetson’s undergraduate excellence, academic rigor and cutting-edge creativity in ways that other schools can only envy.”
