Greetings Stetson Community!

On behalf of the Facilities Management team, welcome back to Campus! The entire team has been working continuously and diligently throughout the pandemic to care for the integrity, health, safety, operations, and appearance of our grounds and physical infrastructure. 

We anticipate that as staff, faculty and students return to campus, there will be an increased need for our services. We wanted to make you aware that Facilities is experiencing unprecedented staffing shortages and supply chain challenges. Due to this, any or all of the following may occur at this time:

  • it may take us longer than normal to respond to requests;
  • we may have to reduce the number of hours we are available during the evenings and on weekends;
  • there may be limited support from the Facilities team for campus events.

As we address requests, please be aware that we must prioritize those that impact health and safety. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. We hope to be back to normal soon!

Carlton Student Union Building (CUB)

Services

Receives service requests from the campus community and assigns to the various trades within the department.

Cares for all campus facilities including residential, academic, athletic and administrative buildings. Maintain plumbing, electrical, mechanical, cooling and heating systems and respond to service requests. Provide carpentry, painting and locksmithing services.

Provide cleaning services for all residential, academic, athletic and administrative buildings on campus.

Supports organizational sponsored events on campus to assure events' success.

Submitting Service Requests

Submit a Service Request

All service requests should be submitted through the SchoolDude system.

The link above will ask for your Stetson University email address. If the system recognizes you as a registered user, it will take you directly to the request page. Otherwise, it will ask for your contact information. Lastly, before submitting your request, you will be asked for the submittal password, which is "hatters."
