ODI Training Programs

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) offers premier training programs designed to cultivate a more inclusive and equitable environment for all. If you are interested in reserving one of our training programs for your students, department, organization, or team, please fill out our Training Requests Form.

In an attempt to secure your preferred training date, please submit all requests at least 7 full business days in advance. For optimal scheduling, we recommend submitting your request 10-15 business days prior to your desired training date.

We will review your submission, confirm your date (or suggest a new one if there’s a scheduling conflict), and add your request to the training calendar. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided in the submission.

This foundational program establishes a shared understanding of critical DEI concepts. Participants will explore how these concepts manifest in everyday life and learn practical strategies to promote inclusivity in various settings.

This interactive session enhances awareness of LGBTQ+ culture and addresses related challenges. Participants will gain tools to create safer spaces for LGBTQ+ individuals and develop confidence discussing LGBTQ+ topics in diverse environments. The training emphasizes continuous learning and growth in our increasingly diverse world.

This session requires the completion of Safe Zone 101 before it can be taken.
