Active Shooter Training is an online course that teaches faculty, staff and students to take direct responsibility for their personal safety and security should an active shooter incident occur on campus. Viewers will learn how to be better equipped to react with purpose and to maximize their chance of survival in an active shooter situation by learning the proper mindset and the necessary tools.

The Sex Offender Alert System is the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's Sexual Predator and Sexual Offender Registry, which provides information about the registration and tracking of sexual offenders and predators in the State of Florida. The Sex Offender Alert System allows you to track sex offenders in the area and is provided here as a safety measure. The risk that a student might go missing is a concern for all colleges and universities. A report of a missing student can come from a variety of sources, including family, friends, or fellow students. Because of our concern for student safety, and in accordance with federal law, we have established the Missing Student Notification Policy and Procedure.

In times of crisis and emergency, it is sometimes difficult to get the most up-to-date and accurate information on developing situations.
