Undergraduate Program Overview
Mary Ellen Oslick, PhD, and Mercedes Tichenor, EdD are the co-chairs of Stetson University's Department of Education; the Office of Undergraduate Education Services works under their direction. The Office of Undergraduate Education addresses any questions current and prospective students have regarding student teaching, certification or the university's undergraduate education program.

Bachelor of Arts in Education: Elementary Education (grades K-6) with ESOL Endorsement
The Department of Education offers a bachelor of arts in education, with a focus on elementary education (grades K-6). This degree includes ESOL and reading endorsement as recognized by the State of Florida.
Bachelor of Arts in Education: General Studies in Education
The Department of Education offers a Bachelor of Arts in education. Rather than focusing on any one area, this degree focuses on general studies within the field of education.
Bachelor of Music Education
The Department of Education works closely with the School of Music to ensure a successful completion of the bachelor of music education degree, assisting with academic advising and supervision of internships.
