Thursday, February 20

6:00 p.m.: Dinner and Opening Plenary Session (Bracket Assignments will be Announced)
Keynote Speaker: Business ethicist and expert on stakeholder theory, Professor R. Edward Freeman of the University of Virginia Darden School of Business will be the keynote speaker at the opening dinner on Thursday evening, February 20. Professor Freeman will also attend the event on Friday and will be available to speak with students and faculty sponsors between sessions.

Friday, February 21 (tentative agenda)

9:00 a.m. - 11:50 a.m.: Round 1 (Presentations) and Round 2 (Q & A)
11:50 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Lunch Break (Judges choose bracket winners)
1:00 p.m. - 1:20 p.m.: Announcement of Bracket Winners (Plenary Session)
1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.: Finals (Plenary Session - friends and families may be invited)
2:30 p.m. - 3:25 p.m.: Break for Judges' Deliberations
3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Presentation of Awards (Plenary Session)

Saturday, February 22 - Saturday Activity to NASCAR (tentative agenda)

7:45 a.m.: Leave for Daytona
8:30 a.m.: Arrive at NASCAR Headquarters & Speedway
- Visit with NASCAR Executives
- Visit the Speedway, Track, and Field.
11:00 a.m.: Finished Day
12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Arrival back at Stetson (time adjusted for traffic)
