Bankruptcy Society
The Bankruptcy Society aims to provide the Stetson Law community with an engaging and informing place to learn about and discuss bankruptcy. Bankruptcy, as a niche subject, generally falls by the wayside when students pick their preferred practice area; the Society hopes to entice new and seasoned students alike towards the practice of bankruptcy. The Society organizes speaking events with practitioners and judges alike in the bankruptcy world to inform the general body on the goings-on in the field in the hopes that the practice both becomes better understood and its membership grows.
