The new 305-bed residence hall, positioned at the heart of campus, will deliver a residential facility tailored to the preferences of current and future students at Stetson University. There will be a focus on enhancing the community-building living experience and enriching student life with diverse spaces, including many that will serve the entire Stetson community such as a Great Room, outdoor living areas, and a courtyard.  

The hall is designed with various student enrichment spaces, featuring studies on each wing and floor lounges for socializing.  Common spaces are intentionally situated, fostering opportunities for social interaction as students move between floors.
