
Commencement Ceremony Guest Tickets
Commencement ceremony ticket distribution began on Friday, March 14, at 9 a.m. The deadline to claim guest tickets is Friday, May 2.
Each eligible participant will be allotted eight guest tickets for their assigned ceremony. Additional guest tickets will not be distributed beyond the initial allocated amount.
Students expecting to graduate in Spring 2025 must have completed the application for graduation in order to be eligible to participate in the Commencement ceremonies. The deadline to apply to graduate was February 28, 2025. Any questions about eligibility to graduate should be directed to [email protected].
After claiming guest tickets, a request may be made for tented accessible seating for guests with disabilities or health concerns. Formal requests must be submitted via the Tented Accessibility Seating Form. The deadline to complete this form is Friday, May 2 at 11:59 p.m. Guest tickets must be claimed before submitting a seating request. Requests are accepted on a first come, first served basis, and capacity may be reached prior to the form deadline. How to Claim Guest Tickets
Claim guest tickets for your ceremony by following these steps:
- Visit stetson.tassel.com
- Login with your Stetson username and password.
- If you receive a "You Are Not Registered" message and believe you are eligible to receive guest tickets, please email [email protected].
- Select "Register" under your assigned ceremony.
- Review the "Graduate Information" section, ensuring all of your information is correct.
- If your information is not correct, you must email [email protected] prior to completing the form.
- Under the "Guest Tickets" section, select the total number of guest tickets needed.
- Note: You may return to this page and change the number of tickets needed at any time prior to the ceremony.
- Review the terms under the "Confirmation" section and select the confirmation button.
- Optional: Enter email addresses for any guests you'd like to share ceremony details with.
- Verify your information and select the "Confirm" button.
- When you have registered, you will have the option to print or email your tickets.
- Note: You are responsible for providing electronic and/or printed copies of tickets to your guests.
How to Update the Number of Tickets Claimed
Should a participant need to change the number of tickets they claimed, please follow these steps to update your ticket registration:
- Visit stetson.tassel.com.
- Log in with your Stetson username and password.
- Select "View" under your assigned ceremony.
- Select “Add New Ticket” under the "Tickets" section.
- Select the number of tickets you would like to add.
- Select the "Add" button.
- The new ticket will appear under the "Tickets" section.
- Ensure you print or send any newly added tickets to your guests.
How to Resend or Reprint Guest Tickets
- Visit stetson.tassel.com.
- Log in with your Stetson username and password.
- Select "View" under your assigned ceremony.
- Under the "Tickets" section, enter the email address of your guest into the field within the ticket box and select "Send".
- To resend tickets, ensure the original email address is correct and select the “Resend” button.
- Note: Should you need to change the recipient email address, keep in mind that any ticket that is resent will contain the same barcode as the previously sent version, and will only allow admission for one.
- To reprint tickets, select each ticket individually or select all, and select the “Print Selected Tickets” button.
- Note: Each ticket has a unique barcode, and duplicates will be denied at the entry gate.
