Biography
Aaron McCullough joined the faculty of Stetson University in the Fall of 2024. Prior to joining Stetson University, Aaron attended the University of Central Florida for his PhD in Accounting. His research focuses on how companies can design employee incentive compensation plans to best align employee goals with company goals. His research has been published The Accounting Review and practitioner journals.
