The Payne Fellowship funds a post-graduate degree in international development or another related field to prepare you to work for the USAID Foreign Service. At the completion of the program, you will receive an appointment as a US Foreign Service Officer at the US Agency for International Development.

The Rangel Fellowship funds a two-year graduate degree in any area related to US Foreign Service and successful applicants must commit to five years of service to the US State Department of Foreign Service.

Rangel Summer Enrichment Program
The Rangel Summer Enrichment Program is a six-week summer experience where students learn about current issues and trends in international affairs and learn about career paths in international affairs. Applicants must be at least a sophomore with a 3.2 GPA or higher.

Public Policy and International Affairs Fellowship
The Public Policy and International Affairs (PPIA) Fellowship offers a six-week Junior Summer Institute to prepare students for careers and graduate programs in public service. Applicants must be entering their senior year after the fellowship.
