Travel Arrangements

Passports and Visas

If you are a U.S. citizen no visa is required to enter the Cayman Islands, but a passport is required to enter the Cayman Islands and return to the United States. The cost of travel and the responsibility of obtaining a passport rests with each student.

Scheduling Your Travel Plans

Program housing will be available at 4:00pm on Thursday, Dec. 26, 2024, and you will be expected to check out of housing by Monday, Jan. 6, 2025 by 11:00am.

You may check out of the hotel after the last class on Sunday, January 5, 2025, but the latest check-out is Monday, January 6, 2025 by 11:00am.

Should you schedule your arrival before December 26, or your departure after January 6, you will be responsible for arranging your own housing.
